No licensed poker rooms in Georgia (as of October 2026)
Georgia has no casinos, commercial or tribal, and no licensed poker rooms. Beyond the state lottery, legal gambling is limited to things like charity bingo and raffles.
Bills to legalize casinos or sports betting have been introduced in nearly every recent session without passing. Atlanta players most often drive to Harrah's Cherokee in western North Carolina; Savannah and south Georgia players are closer to Florida's card rooms.
