No licensed poker rooms in Idaho (as of October 2026)
Idaho's constitution bans casino gambling except for a few listed exceptions, and poker is not one of them. In 2014 a federal judge ordered the Coeur d'Alene Tribe to stop running poker at its Worley casino, ruling that poker is gambling under Idaho law, not a game of skill.
Idaho's tribal casinos offer gaming machines but no live poker. Boise-area players often cross into Ontario, Oregon, about 45 minutes away, where licensed card rooms run games; north Idaho players head to Washington.
