No verified public poker rooms in Wyoming (as of October 2026)
Wyoming tightened its gambling law on July 1, 2026. Under Senate File 44, a private poker game is legal only when it grows out of a genuine social relationship, isn't advertised or open to the public, and nobody (host, bar or organizer) takes anything beyond their own winnings. That rules out raked or fee-based public poker rooms.
Wyoming's tribal casinos on the Wind River Reservation offer gaming machines and house-banked table games, but we could not confirm a regularly running live poker room. Cheyenne players are closest to Colorado's Black Hawk casinos.
